1. About these terms

raione.net is operated by RaiOne (“we”, “us”, “our”). These terms cover the website itself. If you hire us for a project, the written proposal, statement of work or contract we both sign will govern that work, and will take priority over these terms if the two conflict.

2. Using the website

You agree not to:

• use the site in any way that breaks the law or infringes anyone's rights;
• send spam, malware or unsolicited advertising through our contact form or email address;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or related systems, or disrupt their operation (for example with automated scraping, load testing or denial-of-service attacks); or
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.

We may suspend or restrict access to the site at any time to protect it or other users.

3. Enquiries, quotes and timelines

Sending us an enquiry does not create a contract or oblige either of us to work together. Any estimate, quote or timeline we give before a written agreement is signed — including the typical timelines described on this website, such as a 6–10 week MVP — is a good-faith estimate, not a guarantee. Final scope, price and schedule are set out in the project agreement.

4. Confidentiality

We treat the project details you share with us with care. If you need formal protection before sharing sensitive information, ask us — NDAs are available on request. Please don't send confidential information through the contact form before an NDA is in place.

5. Intellectual property

The website, including its text, design, logo and graphics, belongs to RaiOne or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and share links to our pages for personal or internal business purposes, but you may not copy, modify or reuse our content or branding without written permission.

Ownership of anything we build for you — code, designs and other deliverables — is governed by your project agreement.

6. Portfolio and results

Project examples, statistics and results on this website describe past work and are provided for information only. Every project is different, and past results do not guarantee future outcomes.

7. Third-party links and services

The site may link to or rely on third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for their content, policies or availability, and a link does not mean we endorse them.

8. Disclaimer

The website and its content are provided “as is” for general information. We work to keep it accurate and available, but to the extent permitted by law we make no warranties that it will be error-free, uninterrupted or suitable for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, RaiOne is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of — or inability to use — this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which RaiOne is registered, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If you are a consumer, you also keep any mandatory protections given to you by the law of the country where you live.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
