Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data RaiOne collects when you visit raione.net or get in touch with us, why we collect it, and the choices and rights you have.
Last updated:
1. Who we are
RaiOne (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a software studio that designs and builds mobile apps, web applications, custom software, smart algorithms and workflow automation. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us about anything privacy-related at sales@raione.net.
2. The data we collect
Information you give us
When you use our contact form or email us, we collect:
- your name and email address;
- the service you are interested in (optional); and
- anything you choose to include in your message.
Please don't send confidential or sensitive information (such as health data or passwords) through the form. If your project needs it, we're happy to sign an NDA first.
Information collected automatically
- Technical data. Like every website, our hosting and network providers process your IP address, browser type, requested pages and timestamps in order to deliver the site securely. These logs are kept for a short period and are not used to profile you.
- Spam-protection signals. When you submit the contact form, Cloudflare Turnstile may evaluate signals from your browser to confirm you are a person, not a bot. We also use a hidden “honeypot” field and a submission-timing check.
- Analytics (only with your consent). If you click “Accept all” in our cookie banner, we use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and understand which pages are useful. It does not use cookies, does not track you across other websites, and reports only aggregated statistics.
3. How and why we use your data
| Purpose | Legal basis (GDPR / UK GDPR) |
|---|---|
| Replying to your enquiry and discussing a potential project | Steps taken at your request before entering into a contract; our legitimate interest in responding to messages |
| Delivering a project you hire us for | Performance of a contract |
| Keeping the website secure and free from spam and abuse | Our legitimate interest in protecting our site and inbox |
| Measuring website usage with analytics | Your consent, which you can withdraw at any time |
| Keeping business and accounting records | Compliance with legal obligations |
We do not sell your personal data, share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, or use it for automated decision-making that has legal or similarly significant effects on you. We will never add you to a marketing list without your permission.
4. Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the website and our business, under contracts that require them to protect it:
- Vercel Inc. — website hosting and (with consent) web analytics.
- Cloudflare, Inc. — domain name services, security and the Turnstile spam check.
- Resend — delivering contact-form messages to our inbox.
- Our email provider — storing the correspondence we exchange with you.
We may also disclose data where required by law, or to protect our rights, property or safety or that of others.
5. International transfers
We work remotely with clients worldwide, and some of our providers process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where the law requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
6. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that don't become projects: up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted.
- Client records: for the length of our working relationship and afterwards for as long as tax, accounting or other legal obligations require.
- Cookie-consent choice: 12 months, after which we ask again.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you and receive a copy;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data deleted;
- restrict or object to how we process it;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing; and
- complain to your local data-protection authority — though we'd appreciate the chance to resolve your concern first.
If you live in California or another US state with a privacy law, you also have the right to know, delete and correct your information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those laws define it.
To exercise any right, email sales@raione.net. We will reply within one month, and may need to verify your identity first.
8. Cookies
We keep cookies to a minimum. See our Cookie Policy for the details, and use the “Cookie settings” link in the footer to change your choice at any time.
9. Security
The site is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections, access to our systems is restricted to people who need it, and we choose providers with strong security practices. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work hard to protect your information.
10. Children
Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us their information, please contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed, and we will highlight significant changes on this page.
